It Might Cause Scalp Dryness
The only game here is of the amount you intake. If taken in careful quantities, amla can be very beneficial for the hair and scalp. But, if one does not pay close attention to the amount of amla they consume, it may cause scalp dryness, thus leading to hair fall, itchiness, dandruff and other hair-related problems.
Stress And Adrenal Support
Aloe vera is an adaptogen, which is a substance that can increase the bodys resilience to different types of stress, including physical and emotional stress. Often, ongoing stress, or even an acutely stressful situation, opens the door to autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients have noticed that their thyroid symptoms began after experiencing a particularly stressful period in their life.
An existing or recent diagnosis of Hashimotos can further the stress response, leading to a decrease in sleep quality, blood sugar imbalances, and added emotional stress all of which are factors that can wreak havoc on our adrenals, which help us respond to stress, yet often take the biggest hit when we are overwhelmed. In order to fully heal, we must turn down our stress response .
For this reason, adaptogens such as aloe, which improve our resilience to stressful situations, are great to add when ones adrenals are feeling overwhelmed and addressing adrenal issues can, in turn, help reverse many symptoms of Hashimotos!

Ways To Make Your Hypothyroid Diet Plan A Success
1.) Consult your doctor and work with your doctor
Very first thing that you need to do is consult your doctor and work with him/her on the dosage of medication.
Now I know, no doctor will tell you anything about the diet due to obvious reasons but its important you keep monitoring your TSR and TSH so that you now your progress and accordingly ask the doctor to reduce the dosage based on the progress you make.
Idea is to reduce the dosage of medication over a period of time as your body heals.
2.) Exercise daily and do yoga
Multiple studies conducted proves that moderate exercise can help improve your thyroid response.
When you wake up early in the morning, after consuming your health drink like Lauki juice and wheatgrass juice go for at least 30 minute walk followed by doing basic yoga exercises.
3.) Quit Alcohol and Smoking
No matter what type of diet plan you follow, it wont work unless you give your body a chance to detoxify itself.
Consumption of Alcohol and cigarette makes your body acidic and toxic.
The liver and kidney has to work extra hard to expel toxins and when its unable to expel toxins over a period of time it just builds up and then eventually leads to liver failure, kidney failure or even cancer.
So by asking your body to work so hard you are not doing any good to yourself to heal Thyroid.
4.) Say no to fast foods
Myth No : My Weight Gain Is From Hypothyroidism
There may be weight gain associated with an underactive thyroid, but its typically only 5 to 7 pounds.
Significant weight gain beyond this has nothing to do with thyroid function, says Dr. Bakar. To avoid weight gain, I tell patients with hypothyroidism to monitor their portion sizes and calories, and to avoid empty calories from, say, sugary beverages.
